Tesla Motors is paving the way for new innovation and creativity within the automotive industry, forcing other car manufacturer’s to keep up or fall behind. Tesla is not the only electric car manufacturer, however it is the brainchild of CEO Elon Musk; “The Real Life Iron-Man”. The companies bold vision is to make all electric vehicles readily available to the average consumer and change the automobile landscape to gear us toward the future. Tesla would have been a great success with just its accomplishments to date, but with CEO Elon Musk you can bet they won’t stop anytime soon, they have done what no other automobile manufacturer has dared to; which is kill the gasoline car.

In 2011, Tesla unveiled the “Roadster”; a two-door sports car which made Elon Musks’ vision a reality and set the stage for it’s more recent vehicles.

The Tesla “Model S” was released in 2012, as a full-size luxury sedan designed by Franz von Holzhausen whom designed cars for Volkswagen and Mazda previously and his design set Tesla apart making the company and the brand seamlessly distinct from other manufacturers.

The companies latest release in 2015, the Tesla “Model X” is a full-size crossover SUV featuring “Falcon Wing” doors similar to those in high-end sports cars.

The anticipation has been building up for the Model 3, and here’s what we know so far. The Model 3 will be a Sedan, with no less than a 200 mile range at a price point of around $35,000 with federal tax-credits of about $7,500. Some new features recently released for previous model’s should be included in software updates.

The Tesla Model 3 has been unveiled and here are the details for the mid-size Sedan. Model 3 has a range of 215 miles, 0-60 mph in under 6 seconds, seating for 5 adults, 5-star safety rating in all categories, auto-pilot safety, and supercharging!
